You get to work on our employer branding and graduate recruitment besides seeing through the whole hiring process - all in all, you pretty much own recruitment. We can definitely promise one thing: we’ll put a lot on your plate!

Your responsibilities

Hiring - to state the obvious. You will be responsible for the whole hiring process for various roles, a good chunk of them being in IT. You will be working together with hiring managers to define the teams’ needs, write job advertisements, source, screen, and coordinate the interview processes. Besides being involved in onboarding and the occasional relocation.

Profiel Talent Acquisition Partner

Who you are

  • Ideally a Bsc/Msc graduate in Economics, HR or related studies
  • A recruiter with at least 3 years of work experience in the field. You’ll be responsible for up to about 7-10 roles simultaneously, so time management, prioritization, and agility are some of your best assets
  • A mix of agency and corporate recruitment is a plus, especially being successful in IT or software sales hiring
  • You speak English on a native level, Dutch is a plus
  • You are quick on your feet, keep a cool head, and are organized. You understand that candidate experience is a top priority and make sure that their interview, relocation, and onboarding process is seamless
  • You are an admin wonder. Even if it’s not your favorite thing to do, you understand it’s vital importance and make sure that information is up to date and available
  • You learn fast
