This is where you come in! As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities in a variety of countries across the world, for both tech and non-tech roles. Whilst the Netherlands is the largest office, they also have offices in 15 other countries (including Canada, Austria, China, the US, Singapore, France, South Africa and Australia) and your vacancies can be based in any of those locations! Travel will at times be part of your role, as your hiring managers are also based all over the world.

You will pro-actively search for the best people in the market and ensure our employer brand is promoted and improved where needed. You’ll organize meet-ups and go to conferences to meet these talents. You’ll make sure our candidates experience a smooth and efficient process, whilst at the same time ensuring our internal managers receive outstanding recruitment advice and support.

Things you’ll do weekly/monthly:
•Be as creative as possible to bring in Top Talent
•Job intakes with hiring managers, set realistic expectations and agree recruitment plan/strategy
•Write outstanding, compelling job advertisements for tech and non-tech roles
•Post our vacancies on internal and external websites and all media relevant for the role
•Market Mapping and create effective sourcing strategies, including agency management
•Executive search and managing confidential high-level vacancies
•Train hiring managers on how to use our ATS and deliver recruitment training (a few times per year)
•Select and (phone) screen applications, schedule interviews and technical tests for candidates
•Assist with interviews for all level roles, this is a role with a strong advisory component to it
•Negotiate, draft and extend offers of employment – the best part of the job!
•Project Lead or be part of the Project Team on (global) Talent Acquisition projects

Profiel Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Personality, Skills and Experience you bring to Irdeto:
•Solid recruitment experience - in an all-round (tech) recruitment role, ideally a combination of in-house and agency
•A love for sourcing - you realize great talent won't come to you, you go to them
•Positive and bright personality - with a ‘glass if half full’ outlook on even the most challenging recruitment situations
•Team player - with a lot of initiative and curiosity
•A bit of a perfectionist - with excellent follow-through skills
•Creative – in your thinking and your writing, and with a love for great visuals
•Outstanding English communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
•Recognize true talent - and know how to get them excited about the opportunities with Irdeto
•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree – a completed degree (in any field, as long as you see 'recruitment' as your profession)
