You are

• Experienced in local & corporate recruitment in an international environment;
• Experienced in the use of social media to find, attract and approach talent;
• Creative and interested in various sourcing techniques;
• Structured and strong in planning and organizational skills;
• Excellent in communication and influencing skills;
• Customer focused and service oriented without a 9 to 5 attitude;
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbally and writing).

You can
Act as a true Recruitment Business Partner for our internal customers to support them to find, approach and select high quality talent for their business. In this role you are start to end in control of the recruitment process, from identifying the customers’ business needs to manage the job offer process for the selected candidate. Next to that, you create value by networking in the labor market and support in all labor communication means.

Your responsibilities in a snap shot:
1. Conduct a Recruitment Strategy Meeting
You will analyze the customers' business needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment strategy plan.

2. Sourcing & selection of interesting candidates
You will pro-actively source, attract and approach interesting candidates for Athlon. You will pre-select and present a longlist to your customer.
You will interview together with the hiring manager the shortlist candidates using competency based interview techniques.

3. Job offer
You will manage the offer process for the selected candidate in line with both the agreed compensation & benefits level for the job and the (realistic) candidate's expectations.

4. Campus recruitment, internships & talent management
You will coordinate and support this in alignment with HR.

5. Third party relations
You will manage all third party relations on MSP, outsourced activities and contractor agreements.

You have the following skills
You are suitable for this challenging role when you have a Bachelor or Masters degree, combined with minimal 7 years proven experience within recruitment of which minimal 3 years in a corporate recruitment role.
