Senior Manager of People



What you’ll be doing
  • Grow, manage and inspire a team of People Business Partners while the company is scaling
  • You set and execute a clear People Partner roadmap in line with the People & Talent strategy as well as company values, culture, and objectives
  • As the company grows and scales you support senior leadership with organizational development and you create a diverse, high-performance culture where you support managers in striving for the best performance of all team members
  • Drive feedback and performance culture by proactively improving, promoting and supporting the annual Alignment Cycle;
  • You work closely together with managers and senior leaders to make sure they have the necessary skills and support to foster team and individual development
  • Together with the team, you will further iterate upon a scalable career and competency framework
  • Drive and embody the Culture by creating an environment where people can grow, feel safe and rewarded, which ultimately results in an 8+ engagement score across the company
  • Provide input into organisational employment relations activity (e.g. employment contracts, policies and processes);
  • With the company moving towards a more remotely operating company you work together with your team and the Remote Lead to make sure everone has a great place to work that allows for collaboration, performance and learning
  • Own and drive company-wide People projects and initiatives in line with the broader People strategy;
  • Coach and support people leaders to increase their people leadership capability;


What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years experience as an HR leader, preferably in a global, fast-paced environment;
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • An innovative, modern and clear vision on HR
  • Experience with designing a scalable career and competency framework
  • People are our biggest asset, you know how to model learning tracks to support retention
  • Naturally strong emphasis on connecting, inspiring and embracing change
  • Passion for people and being able to bring new ideas and industry developments
  • Strong project management skills - designing and implementing a People Partner roadmap
  • Decisive, pragmatic and commercially focussed People consultancy to people leaders
  • A self-starting attitude; you are intrinsically motivated to take ownership of your team and projects
  • They appreciate authenticity, come as you are to complement the team
  • Fluent professional communication in English;
