People Operations Manager
- Support employee lifecycle management processes such as joiners, leavers, absences, reflection cycle, personal data changes and job changes
- Help a smooth, efficient and enjoyable employee experience for the entire team
- First point of contact for team members and team leads on all people related questions or requests (such as hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, probation reviews, absence management, termination policies, offboarding)
- Support and improve on important projects that will facilitate people's daily work at this company
Core Activities:
- Being the main point of contact for any employee queries on people operation processes.
- Administrative/HR onboarding, changes and offboarding of employees
- Ensure our data in HRIS Hibob is kept up to date.
- Perform day-to-day HR tasks relating to the whole employee lifecycle
- Prepare quarterly people reporting
- Streamlining people processes with HR platforms
- Sending out employee surveys and analysing results
- Support with future and existing employee programs such as training, recognition, Culture, Inclusion & Diversity, etc.
- Work with the People team to manage and improve People Operations workflows that support the team and the wider business
- Ensure we satisfy local and international employment
- standards and legislative HR requirements
- Keeping yourself informed about local employment legislation changes and updating the team accordingly
- Proactively develop and implement HR policies throughout the organisation
- Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software
- Absence management
- 30%rulings and IND requests
- Collaborate closely with the payroll team and be the partner for various department stakeholders to identify solutions to enhance the overall business strategy.

Profiel
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- A great service mind and the ability to prioritise and provide quick support to internal stakeholders, colleagues, employees and managers
- Tech savvy- A passion for automation, processes and systems.
- Experience from an international environment very useful
- Passionate about building a career in People and Culture in a scale up
- Have excellent spoken and written English
