Our client is a dynamic, international, fast growing scale-up that has a flat organization & open culture and want to improve human health by unlocking single-molecule analysis and use sound waves for the screening. Your mail goal:
Your #1 goal in this role is to support our client to scale its organization by assisting the HR & recruitment department and they are growing rapidly.

Are you ready to contribute? Here's what you will do:

  • You are the coordinator of all the planning around the interview days with all parties involved
  • You enjoy that all the HR data, needed documents and information is accurate, up-to-date.
  • Prepare contracts and checks with DocuSign.
  • International transfer assistance (30% tax ruling, residence permits, etc.).
  • Process payroll updates
  • Own employee administration workflows.
  • Support implementation of a new HR Information System and Performance Management System
  • Implement new policies.

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • You have an out of the box & open minded mindset and embrace change
  • You enjoy working in an international environment (preferably experience with it)
  • Real drive to be excellent in planning and organization
  • Good knowlegde of Dutch employment law
  • Good MS Office and preferably Google suit skills
  • Process oriented with great attention to detail and passion for precision
