Head of Talent & Talent Acquisition - Textkernel

You will be leading all efforts for Talent acquisition, Talent Development and HR within Textkernel. You lead a team of three and contribute to all aspects of the work in the team, in particular Talent Acquisition fot hard to find IT candidates and Talent Development of a team of over 130 smart and fun people. Most of Textkernel works from a beautiful office in Amsterdam Noord, but they also have small local teams in Paris, Düsseldorf, London and in the USA. We are looking for a candidate who is looking for a long term career and has the ambition to help build the company and become part of the Textkernel Management Team.

As Textkernel is a leading provider of search technology to recruiters, you will also have the ability to impact the direction of our products. A passion for search technology and an interest in the HR technology market is hence a plus.

And on the other hand your priority is Engagement, Talent Development and other HR projects.

We are looking for someone with:

•Minimum of 7 years working experience ( IT- recruiting experience and Talentmanagement, ideally in a high growth environment
•Strong relationship builder
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
•Innovative, persistent and driven
•Thrive and have fun under pressure
•Fluent in English


The company is an innovative, fast-growing software company that specializes in multilingual information extraction, document understanding, web mining and semantic searching & matching in the Human Resources sector. Their software learns from examples how to perform complex document interpretation tasks using the state-of-the-art in machine learning and statistical NLP techniques. They are an informal and R&D oriented company based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Currently they have a team of about 130 people, largely at PhD and MSc level, from all across the world.
