Head of Talent - Textkernel
You will be leading all efforts for talent acquisition, development and HR within Textkernel. You lead a team of three and contribute hands-on to all aspects of the work in the team, in particular sourcing hard to find IT candidates and talent development of a team of over 130 smart and fun people. Most of Textkernel works from a beautiful office in Amsterdam Noord, but we also have small local teams in Paris, Düsseldorf, London and in the USA. We are looking for a candidate who is looking for a long term career and has the ambition to help build the company and become part of the Textkernel Management Team.
As Textkernel is a leading provider of search technology to recruiters, you will also have the ability to impact the direction of our products. A passion for search technology and an interest in the HR technology market is hence a plus.

Profiel Head of Talent/Recruitment Manager
We are looking for someone with:
•Minimum of 4 years IT- recruiting experience, ideally in a high growth environment (a mix of agency and in-house)
•Experience recruiting graduates
•Experience building talent pipelines
•Strong relationship builder
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
•Innovative, persistent and driven
•Thrive and have fun under pressure
•Fluent in English
