What you’ll do

By joining the People and Culture team, you’ll not only set the talent strategy but ensure that the Talent Team is set for success in delivering against ambitious hiring goals. You will:

  • Set the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy

  • Manage, lead and continuously develop the Talent Acquisition team. You’ll work with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Partners to help them define their goals, growth trajectory and align ambitions for the company goals;

  • Build, lead and form new strategic partnerships with providers, agencies, and events that help to expand their pipeline of talent across all levels of the organization;

  • Work closely with the c-level management team and senior leadership to deeply understand their business objectives and play a key role in supporting them to translate their objectives into clear hiring plans;

  • Create and instill best practices within your team as well as broadly within the People & Talent Team to ensure that recruiting is highly effective and inclusive;

  • Partner with the broader People Team and Finance Team to ensure accurate and realistic, but agile, resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting;


What you’ll bring

As an experienced leader with demonstrated experience in talent strategy, having worked with senior stakeholders in high-growth, tech-focused companies, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our client attracts the best talent on their mission to faster, smarter medical research. To do this, you’ll:

  • Extensive experience in leading and growing the global Talent Acquisition topic in a fast-paced technology scale-up

  • Extensive experience in full-cycle in-house recruitment, ideally in a high volume, hyper-growth (tech) environment

  • Experience in running executive-level and senior talent searches

  • Proven success in managing and developing Talent Acquisition Teams to deliver on very ambitious hiring goals, including a strong understanding of Tech and metric-driven recruitment

  • Excellent understanding of hiring metrics and being able to analyze data, KPI’s and metrics and translate this to measurable and actionable goals for your team and your business stakeholders
