As the Head of People & Culture you know how to build teams driven by trust and empowerment. With your experience ideally in a scale-up environment you have experience in building a sustainable team that enables growth. With your vision you are able to create an HR strategy that enables people to grow. Culture eats strategy so you help us form and live a strong culture focused on purpose and growth to realise strategy.

Main responsibilities of the role

As Head of People & Culture you:

  • Live and help form DNA that builds on growth, quality, happiness, openness and fun
  • Build and lead a sustainable team that creates a strong culture and enables growth

  • Manage all aspects of HR (including recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, talent development, benefits, legal, offboarding etc.)

  • Create an HR strategy that enables growth of people and business

  • Build a strong recruitment function

  • Develop a strong employer brand that positions our client as a first employer of choice

  • Support leaders in their own development and the development of teams

  • Advice leadership with your expertise

  • Lead by trust and empowerment

  • Create an HR roadmap that continuously improves the organization

Profiel

Candidate profile

  • Have +10 years of work experience in HR

  • Experience in leading and building teams, ideally in a scale-up environment

  • Have a Master degree in a relevant field

  • You get energy from a fast paced environment

  • Have broad HR knowledge

  • Enjoy working in an international team and have experience with managing international expansion

  • Have a proven track record in forming a strong company culture focus on growth
    Are proactive and take ownership to get the job done from start to finish

  • Are a people person with a hands-on mentality

  • Are independent, organized and structured; planning, agility and adaptability come naturally to you

  • Have a passion for technology, are tech savvy, and have a relentless drive to simplify and automate.

  • Have excellent written and spoken English skills and German is a plus

Note: A thorough understanding of the Dutch language is mandatory
